Why are you here today?

I’d like to book a coaching session.

I’d like to make a payment.

Would you benefit from parent coaching?

If this is how you are feeling:

  • Stuck in your parenting, or like you are spinning your wheels
  • Faced with the same challenges over and over again
  • Don’t know what else to try to get your kids to listen
  • Losing your temper with your uncooperative kids
  • Frustrated that you are not showing up as the parent you were hoping to be for your kids
  • Exhausted
  • Worrying about what the teenage years will bring if your relationship with your kids is tense now!

You want your child to:

  • Cooperate without having to repeat yourself, threaten, or yell
  • Grow up to be respectful and considerate
  • Learn to be responsible
  • Have good relationships with their siblings and friends

And you want to feel:

  • Calm
  • Wise
  • Connected
  • Confident
  • Happy

Then parent coaching can help you change things around.

But first, let’s agree on a few things:

  • Your child is good and wants to be good.
  • You have an amazing parent inside of you, buried under all the overwhelm.
  • You are not alone in your struggles.
  • There are things that you can do to change the patterns you are stuck in.

What can coaching do for you?

Our work together will focus on two aspects of your parenting: your child and you. Here is what skills you will develop as a result of our private consultations:

Your Child

  • understanding what behaviors are developmentally appropriate and what beliefs drive children’s behaviors
  • setting limits with empathy and holding them firmly and consistently
  • supporting your child in developing emotional intelligence
  • identifying the life skills that are important for your child to learn

Your Mindset

  • connecting to yourself and to your child in an authentic way
  • not taking things personally and staying above the chaos
  • regaining your emotional balance so you can guide your child with confidence
  • staying solution-focused
  • identifying personal boundaries that increase your well-being

The purpose of coaching is:

  • To help you get more clarity, calm, and confidence in your parenting.
  • To expand your ability to regulate your emotions.
  • To develop a stronger and more connected relationship with your child.
  • To define a vision and an individualized roadmap that will get your family from where you are to where you want to be.
  • To build discipline and parenting skills that you can use consistently with success.

What will you get from parent coaching?

Convenience

Instead of trying to figure things out on your own, which can take a long time, you will have access to techniques and a fresh perspective that can help you achieve your parenting goals faster. In private coaching, you will benefit from my undivided attention and support.

Consistency

Consistency is key to successful parenting. But staying consistent is hard when you’re bombarded with challenges daily. I will offer encouragement and hold you accountable to help you stay consistent and focused on your goals.

Clarity

Together we will identify your long-term goals for your children and define your family values. We will find research-based solutions that work for your family and your specific situation.

Competency

You will learn evidence-based tools to get you real results.

Compassion

In our parent coaching sessions, I will offer a safe space for you to talk about your parental struggles. I will listen with empathy and without judgment. I will share compassionate and encouraging advice, tailored to your unique situation.

I’d love to meet you and help you find the right solution for your family.

Private Coaching Options

All coaching sessions are fully confidential.

Tips for Success

Please take advantage of the free 20-minute Meet and Greet. We will have a chance to get to know each other better and see if we are a good fit.

Ideally, both caregivers of the child would attend sessions, so that everyone is on the same page. However, if that isn’t possible, then open and compassionate communication between parenting partners is encouraged.

To begin seeing significant changes, I recommend a total of at least six sessions. This will create the most impact and you will see a big difference in your relationship with your child.

What to Expect Before the Session

To get started, book a session with me by clicking any Book Now button on this page. You choose a time that works best for you.

After you book the session, I will send you a link to join me on Zoom, your Parent Coaching Contract, and an Intake Form. You will have to fill out both and email them back to me before we begin working together.

What to Expect During the Session

During the coaching session, I will offer a safe, judgment-free space for you to share your challenges, and together we will explore possible causes and solutions to solve the problem.

Sessions will focus on exploring your beliefs, triggers, and parenting goals, unpacking children’s behaviors and developmental expectations, and understanding respectful and effective communication.

What to Expect After the Session

In a follow-up email, will send you the recording of our session, the receipt for your payment, and a few notes. You will have a set of tools that are just right for your family, to help you navigate discipline more effectively. You will be better equipped to respond to challenges rather than react.

You are welcome to email me updates about how you are implementing the strategies we discussed in our coaching session and the results you are getting.
